Am 2. März 2025 (voraussichtlich) werden im Dolby Theater, Hollywood, California, die 97ten Academy Awards of Merit verliehen. Die Oscars. Und Gastgeber wird Late-Night-Talker Conan O’Brien sein.
Live aus dem Samuel Goldwyn Theater haben die Schauspieler/Autoren/Comedians Rachel Sennott und Bowen Yang die Nominierungen für die 97ten Oscars verkündet. In Anbetracht der momentanen Katastrophe, kündigten Präsidentin Janet Yang und CEO Bill Kramer eine den Umständen angepasste Gala an.
Aus den 19 Branchen wählen Mitglieder der Academy ihre Nominierten in ihrer jeweiligen Kategorie. 2025 sind von den 10,894 Mitgliedern 9,905 wahlberechtigt. EMILIA PÉREZ führt mit 13 Nominierungen, gefolgt von THE BRUTALIST und WICKED mit jeweils 10 Nominierungen.
